Bobby Zhaocheng Xiong (1998 b.China) is a multidisciplinary artist graduated from MFA Computational Arts, Goldsmiths, University of London. His artistic essence blooms from an intimate communion with superstition, religion, and the enigmatic allure of nature, flowing seamlessly through the mediums of installation, performance, and the evocative language of graphics. His own emotional estrangement manifests in oxymorons: the works are both blissful and rigid, packed with metaphors that open a speculative space for thoughts on humanity and the social reality. There is a superposition of technique and spirituality, of rationality and emotions, and of the virtual realm and the real world. His works forge a profound expression of content over ostentatious exterior. He is an alumnus of Donghua University in Shanghai and the Royal College of Art in London and has works shown in the exhibitions V&A Museum Digital Design Weekend, Creative Machine 2022 and shortlisted for the Lumen Prize 2023.
Bobby Zhaocheng Xiong（1998 年生于中国）是一位多学科艺术家，毕业于伦敦大学金史密斯学院计算机艺术硕士学位。他的艺术内核源于与迷信、宗教和神秘的自然魅力的亲密交流，通过装置、表演和令人回味的图形语言等媒介完美地流淌。他自己的情感疏离表现在矛盾中：作品既幸福又僵硬，充满隐喻，为思考人性和社会现实打开了一个推测空间。技术与灵性、理性与感性、虚拟世界与现实世界相互叠加。他的作品以深刻的内涵表达而非浮夸的外表。他是上海东华大学和伦敦皇家艺术学院的校友，作品曾在 V&A Museum Digital Design Weekend、Creative Machine 2022 等展览中展出，并入围Lumen Prize 2023短名单。
